Processing of personal information
I process the personal information which you give me in connection with your contact to me as a client or customer. I process such information in order to carry out administrative tasks such as sending confirmation notices and other correspondence, making or changing appointments as well as the payment of fees or invoicing. This type of information is contact information such as name, phone number and email address.
Additionally, I make and process notes from or related to my contact with clients or customers, including therapy sessions and coaching meetings. The purpose of such notes is to provide support and quality assurance to my processes with clients and customers.
Finally, I keep and process a mailing list with names and email addresses for the purpose of sending out newsletters or information mails about e.g. future events and other relevant news items.
Deadlines for deletion and storage
I delete personal information 5 years after the last time of contact, or on any earlier date if requested by the person related to the information.
However, I keep records of names and email addresses related to the sending out of information mails and newsletters. Anyone can be removed from this mailing list on request at any time.
Your rights according to the data protection regulation
You have several rights related to my processing of your personal information:
- The right to know how I process your personal information
- The right to get insight in your personal information
- The right to have incorrect information corrected
- The right to have your personal information deleted
- The right to make objection against the use of your personal information for purposes of direct marketing
- The right to have your personal information transferred (data portability)
All the rights mentioned above are dealt with following personal inquiry.
Transfer of information
I do not transfer your personal information to any organisations, companies or individuals without your prior consent.
I store the personal information on computers with limited access, updated operating systems and antivirus. Information on paper is kept locked away when not in use.
These safety precautions are reviewed on a continuous basis in order to ascertain that the personal information is dealt with in a proper fashion, and that the rights of my clients and customers are into account.
